The Storm Plan

In a meltdown the thinking part of the brain is offline. You cannot reason it back — you can only keep it safe while it reboots. Which means the plan has to be written before the storm, not during it.

One page: your child’s early warning signs, the two or three things that reliably empty the tank, and exactly who does what when it hits — so in the moment, nobody is improvising. Fill it in on a calm day. Put it where the whole family can see it.

The download unlocks right here — and you’ll get the Friday Note: one email a week with the new video, the plain-language medical bit, and one thing to actually try. Every future printable lands there first.

Companion to “The meltdown isn’t manipulation — it’s a brake that hasn’t grown yet.” For information only — not a substitute for your own child’s doctor. If the storms are frequent, dangerous, or turning inward, that’s a conversation to have in person.
